Hi Carol. I saw one by “Carrol” with a different last name (??). If that’s you, great! If not, it’s Amazon messing with me again. They often silently reject reviews — either because the reviewer hasn’t spent $50 in the past year or because their surveillance machinery detected some connection between reviewer and writer — unfortunate, because I often meet people via blog and emails who have read my books, and I never know what constitutes a “personal connection” to the Amazon search bots.
Ah, yes, Carol, there it is. Thoughtful and kind. I guess Amazon doesn’t combine reviews from their international websites, even the English-speaking ones (e.g., amazon.ca, amazon.uk). Too bad. I’d love to see your review on the US (.com) side too, since that’s the focus of most of my sales and marketing. But with such a nice review, maybe my Canadian fan club will outstrip my (very small) US fan club and I can shift that focus! 🙂
Thanks, Hal. I think I have a decent eye for composition, which is absolutely necessary to compensate for my total incompetence on the technology side 🙂
Better an eye for composition than a thought process on the lop-sided technology side.

That’s too bad. Check, if you can on Amazon.ca. Good luck!

It is a problem. Amazon should put all our reviews on our own site. Who knows how many reviews are lost in Amazonland!
